  7. best way is to ride with someone and get them to teach you also try watching some vids and get the idea of what to do first
  8. do you have a bash ring on your t-pro if not you will need a new set of cranks as muscle man cranks won't fit one on. every thing else will apart from chain tugs you have to use snail cams had this problem with mine

  12. i had a problem with punctures and found the best way to stop it was to buy a cheng shin heavy duty inner tube from bike dock its thicker than any other tube on tarty or select. if your tip works im ssure it will help good post mate

  17. good idea but it would mean i would have todrill a hole the right size and then thread it as they don't just push in they screw in.

  19. heres the story i got a gu frame kit for christmas and put it together on the day with it i got some taped echo cranks and have had no problems untill today.i was riding and noticed the pedals were fairly loseso i borrowed a spanner and tightened them up and then when i went to ride again it felt like the cranks were bent. i obviously knew they weren't as they were new so i took the pedals of to see if it was them and they came off at a angle as if i had cross threaded them but i knew i hadn't i the cranks would have felt like they were bent ever since i put it together. so i started to think of ideas to solve this and i've come up with 2 ideas 1. drill the thread and tap a bigger one and use a pedal with a bigger thread like truvatis have 2. in the end of the pedal drill a hole and tap a thread in and bolt the pedals on any sugestions would be a great help or if you have aan easier way any thing at all apart from buy new cranks
  20. use proper tyre levers (metal ones) just pull a little bit of the tyre out a bit at a time
  21. make your own mind up as you will get so many different posts saying get this get that, decide which you think rides best and then go for that as it is your bike

  23. tryed using the search but couldn't find what i wanted and thought i saw a post a while back about how to do it but couldn't find it any way i ve got a bleed kit but unsure of how to use it could someone help would be much appreciated.
  24. can anyone recomend any snail cams, i liked the look of the echo ones. and does anyone know when trials-uk reopens from crimbo
