but most pumps these days come with the fittings for both even if you have to turn the rubber insert upside down to fit the presta, even pumps from aldi come with this option

why don't you use a presta valve tube like all the xc boys use because they are generally a hell of alot lighter than most tubes and the valve its self is tiny

gearing is generally a personal thing like how a bike rides is a personal thing and i've had 18-13 on a stock before and loved it

now been told i could be off my bike for 4 weeks due to severe nerve damage around spinal cord when slipped both discs causing numb and weak arms and legs like jelly with emmense pins and needles so off to hospital for an x-ray and mri scan ........... its horrible i feel like a baby being able to do almost nothing
