Have to agree with meteor here. The Monty Ti does have a lot of good components. Seeing as I own one I can tell you that it feels very nice especially when rolling up objects. The brakes work imense in all weather. Although i would try and find someone with Ti and a monsterboy and have a go on both as I can imagine that they will be quite different. Matt

Yeah the brakes are awsome the give me so much more confidence over what i use to have aye rick . Also I think it came with the wrong freewheel but aoart from that its awsome .

I thinks thats the reason why last years ti was so expensive. Because they covered the wheels in titianium where as this year only half the spokes are titianium.

Sorry if this sound's a little harsh, but realistically you won't have anything done. I had exactly the same problem and Ebay passed me onto paypal. I then had to file a complaint but nothing was done because paypal said that I could have destroyed the bike . You can try though although don't get your hopes up.

Hi you As pat said visit the ebtc website and browse around. If you need sign up forms just call dave Bradley on 01702 559137 and he'll give you all the necessary details. This will consist of an ebtc membership and an ACU membership, both of these are £10 each. Also try and get yourself to this weekends competition and bring your bike along. Then when its over just have a sort of muck around on the sections as natural is a lot harder than you think. One last thing you or anyone else may like to check this out. Link. If you just call stuart up and say your coming along and stuff it won't be a problem. and you'll improve your overall riding in no time at all. There's probably going to be mixed opinion on wether to have a seat or not. I would just go for what you prefer because you probably wont feel the difference. Mod refers to the wheel size. A Mod is a 20" bike and a Stock is a 26" bike. Matt

Was this built by the council or something because I live like 20 minutes from there and this is the first I've heard of it. Where abouts in shoeburyness is it because we may pop down their tommorw as we were riding Southend anyway.

Yeah monty's are the way to go with natural riding. They ride so much nicer nicer on natural surfaces as opposed to something like a zona. The monty has a 2.7" rear tyre for extra grip on the slippery surfaces. Also the only frame I've ever seen like the new koxx is this giant prototype. click
