Yeah best way is with a hammer but just continuous tapping. Get a plank of wood and push it as close to the bb area as you can on the inside of the crank that you want to take off. Now hit the wood with a hammer, make sure you don't hit your frame though and leave a nice dent.

just fill a sink full of water, take the allen key bolt off one of the cylinders and take the one out of the lever body, stick them under water (the whole lot, make sure the holes dont come above the surface), and pump the lever, i also had a old printer siringe i used to pump water through aswell, once you cant see any more bubbles, screw the bolts back into place but still under water and there you go a fully bled maggy. ps before you start make sure the tpa is all the way off. hope ive helped Flubber:D
