Ive had a collapsed lung 4 times now and addmitidly smoking probably doesnt do the problem much good but apparently its not down to that so meh. But i do really only smoke on rare occasions now due to it. Dont think smoking should be stopped by any person except the smoker. Of course they know its wrong so theres no need to tell them. IF you wanna smoke go ahead. Smoke bud go ahead. Quit well then you are doing amazing. And hope you succed.

Where im from theres so many gangs and Chavs its actually getting stupid. And is it me but the ones who think they are the hardest are those which are the smallest, weakest, mouthiest people ever!!!!

Ok i have a problem my account on my computer buggered up and i have managed to lose about 2000 songs and pictures. The good news is that all this is on my ipod but apple being apple dont make it easy to transfer backwards ( ipod to computer) and i cant figure out how to do it. Does anyone know if its physically possible. Help not abuse about owning an ipod would be greatly appriciated. Thanks Rich

Are you saying they will be called council flats because you read it in MBUK or someone told you because that was a joke, I hope! But King had to start some where to and Burtec have been around for a while now and are producing components that are very very goood quality products without a doubt. I know most people on here will use Kings just because they know they are good and they like them but I feel that Burtec will soon be on many bikes may they be trials or not.

The hubs are better than Kings and there lighter too. I also think they are bringing out a newer model of the pedals redesigned and better. But i d hav to agree they are over priced, still i wouldnt mind some though.....

Do you want to keep the tyre? If not then you could just get out a stanly knife and cut across the tyre, unless you have wire beeded side wall then you could struggle!!

Usually if im ever scared to do anything my friends can tell and they say things like " o he wont drop that" and stuff and that always makes me do it because i want to prove them wrong. Riding wit friends helps so much!

I was dropping on my mtb and the landing was very loose. I came off and a piece of flint ripped through the skin and muscle in my shoulder. It was so cool because when i moved my arm the cut just kept getting bigger!

Choosing the right bike is very important. If you choose a bike that is completely unsuitable then it could effect you riding in a big way and stop you getting anywhere near your full potential. So heres a guide to making sure you get the right bike for you every time. First you need to decide on the type of riding you are going to be doing, downhill, freeride, dirt or in this case trials. When you have done this you need to know some information about yourself. You need to consider factors like weight, height, arm length. This needs to be thought about because some bikes are weaker than others and unless you are a very smooth rider it could crack or snap. Also your general size could decide whether you ride a stock or mod. I know a 18 stone man who rides a mod but generally bigger people ride stocks smaller people ride mods. If your inbetween or undecided on what to ride have a go on both. Once you have decided what type of bike you are going to ride its now time to start looking at the range available. There are endless styles and sizes of bikes so its best to look around. The internet is a good place to do this as you can find loads of information on the bikes such as suggested riders size. this is good because some bike wont be suitable for your riding no matter who you are. When you have found bikes that you think are suitable go ride them any bike shop should let you try them out. Or you could try some of your mates bikes out see what you think of them. Once you have found your bike look around prices will differ so look for offers and sales you could also look in the for sale/ wanted section on here for some amazing bargins. When you have bought your new bike go ride and enjoy it! Hope this helps Rich

I run gears but thats only because i have to ride about 8 miles to get to my nearest set of jumps. When im riding though i nearly alwayas stick to one gear so i would run single speed if i was you.

No i do definately need a new bottom bracket but thats because of a different problem. Better start saving now then if i need new cranks too. Thanks guys for the help. rich

Really? I know i need a new bottom bracket but do i need to buy new cranks aswell? They are splined cranks. Is there no way of fixing it?

I run Race face diablous cranks on my bike they have been very good to me over the last year or so of me using them but now they have developed a problem. When i ride the 8mm hex key bolt seems to come loose every few minutes. This means when im on a ride i have to fix it all the time and im getting very fed up with it. It nearly made me break my arm the other week when it fell of during a drop. Not pleasant. I was just woundering if anyone has had this problem and if anyone has any fixes for the problem. Any help would be appricieated. Rich

I live VERY close to a group just like the junction crew but they call themselves DA STOCKHAM BOIZ and they are all like 10. They go around with there white trackies on picking fights on anyone. So funny watching their little 10 year old arses getting kicked. Ill look for there website and post it on here its soooo funny
