  1. i have now been riding for about two hours in total and i can just about ride a few metres but its sooo fun and you just get hooked. and all my mates have tried and they think its really hard but cant stop trying to ride it. its addictive and i think people should try it and see what they think and dont give up because of the pain it goes after a while!
  2. ive been wearing dcs for a good few months and they have no sole damage what so ever and also there really comfortable and light as well

  5. hi ive decided to take a break from 2 wheels for a while and ive just ordered a unicycle! i have seen videos of people doing trials and other crazy stuff on them and it looks well cool so i thought id give it a go. i was just wondering if anybody else rode a unicycle and if anyboby can do trials on one. also can someone tell me any good sites for videos and stuff. thanks rich

  7. definatly wear helmets. now whenever i ride i will be wearing one because earlier in the year i was riding of a 6 foot drop and the landing ground was loose and covered in rather large rocks as i landed my bike slipped from underneath me and i landed on the side of my head on flints the size of my hands luckily i was wearing a helmet (azonic skid lid good cheap reliable helmet) which took all the force and i recon it could of saved my life (Y)

  9. not been into trials long so i dont really know what is on the market but how about a down tube that curves up so you get maximum clearence. dont really know if this idea would work i was just a thought.
  10. thinking stock because i prefer the feel and i am 6 foot 3 so will probably need a bigger bike anyway
  11. ok thanks for the advice not going to bother with it any way now because its to far away and i cant get their to test ride it. i understand what you are saying about needing to i have had some bad experiences before. looks like im still looking for a first bike.
  12. hi im new to trials i started a topic a little while ago and i decided i might as well start. i have been offered a saracen mad for £350 with middleburns, saracen comp forks, ashton pedals, hand painted frame and maguras. i was just wondering if you could tell me if this bike is worth having or not and if it is a reasonable price. thanks rich
  13. almost all sun rims are strong as hell and you pay for what you get i suggest you try to find a rider with some and ask them what they think of them

  16. ok cheers probably wanting a stock though because im nearly 6 foot 2 although i have ridden a mod twice and it was quite fun. if i get what i want for my bike i should have a good 500 - 600 pounds any suggestions for a bike?

  18. hey iv been riding dirt for the last couple of years or so and am becoming slightly bored. really im just wondering what trials is all about. seen some people in my area doing it at it looks amazing but quite difficult. just wondering really if anybody could give me some advice on whether its worth starting or not and how easy some of the stuff is to learn. thanks
  19. just use lots of heat to melt the glue and scrub hard with a cloth always worked for me
  20. um probably something quite long but i havent got that much to spend so possibly have to be second hand
  21. im looking to start trials and i was just wondering if any one could suggest somewhere i could get a first bike. im lookin mainly for a full 26inch build. any help would be useful thanks
