Totally sound seller with 400+ posative feedback, selling a phone, with picture, good description, resonable postage, reasonable price.... paid.... it just never came 4 weeks later... totally different seller, exactly the same phone.... and nothing's come yet... £250 down off ebay twats so far. Thing is i'm not stupid, and BOTH these sellers were totally legit good ebayers, I guess they must have account hyjacks or something...

Yeah BodyFat calipers and Electro Pulse thing (not sure of the real name, the two metal contact plates that runs a small current through you). You can work it out to within 2-3% just using online calculators usually...

Thing is, though this is true, does it actually make the final music any worse? I like Hip hop and RnB, and I like Rock, metal, and even classical equally as much. I Respect bands that made it them selfs more, but it doesn't make their music better. I saw an intervew last week where j-lo was talking about her new song, and said 'first time I heard this i knew it was going to be a number one'. So Obviously she didn't write it; does it make it an instantly rubbish song? no. If it's not your thing your not going to like it, I happen to thing it's quite a cool song. Afterall, someone somewhere still wrote it... Your arugment is just flawed, even if the artist who's name is behind the song didn't write it, it didn't just come from thin air, in the end music is music ~ the source is irrelivent, it's how good it sounds. Exactly like PlainLazy said, there is a line between not liking a musical form and being ignorant about it. I can easily see why people may not like Urban music for example, but saying there is no skill there, and it's not real music is just being ignorant and narrow minded. You can find plenty of 40 year olds who like Classical who would say exactly the same about the rock music your saying is so perfectly amazing... Members of society just have these closed views to 'how it should be done', and tend not to accept other ways, it's been the same for hundreds of years with everything from art, to building design, to music. Basically everyone is totally entitled to their own musical opinion, it's great that everyone likes different things, but just point blank saying one genre isn't even music... :wub:

Bang on, That or your actually pretty muscular and strong and your just 'average' on the BMI because you have so little fat, and holding so little water etc. BMI is only a REALLY average estimate, it's pretty out-dated and not used profesionally much anymore.

BMI is standard, height doesn't matter, thats part of the equation. Unless your just talking about waist size... :P In which case I'd 'out stick' you all :P :) Yeah... :blink: ... Right Even the top level pro bodybuilders, like Arnold in his prime at Mr Universe etc only get down to about 3.5% bodyfat. 1% is physically impossible. Bodyfat % indicated the total % of your body that is fat, you NEED at least 3% to live, fat has functions...

1% = dead It's humanly impossible to drop below 3%, you have fat around your organs and heart that you need to live. Even people who starve to death still have over 3% bodyfat. EDIT: I'd also like to add it's partly my genetics, I've NEVER been over 5% bodyfat in my life. Even before I started, like when i was 14-15 years old etc. My body just metabolises fat near perfectly...

Perfectly :blink: And i'm not going too far at all, It's just what I do. I'm healthier than I've ever been in my life right now. Oh, and technically I'm closer to 6% at the moment since it's like mid winter lol :P

It's all about your body composition though. Like mine is WAY off what it should be naturally... I'm not really skinny at all lol, my chest is over a foot bigger than my waist... I'd post a picture but.... uhhh :P

Mines exactly 22, exactly average... ... though BMI is based on an 18% bodyfat, and since i bodybuild, it makes the BMI scale totally useless to me, since my body composition is nothing like what it should be. 12 stone 5% bodyfat 28" waist
