  1. so do people with the newer echo/zoo frames find that the built in booster on the frame actually works or did you end up using another booster?

  4. its something like 52dollars cdn here for a kit. maybe welding the hole shut with an alluminum welder and redoing it
  5. ok so i ahve stripped out my brake mount treads. my idea is to get some jb weld, and line the holes with it and re tap. anyone done this with success?

  9. just giving kinda an update and tips on what i am learning fopr anyone who saw this post adn started trying this too. i am practicing doing the trick on just flat ground by grabbing the front brake and doing a footjam. once i get the front end high enough i give the tire a good kick back to get momentum and get the bike even higher in the air. one thing i found out that helped alot thou is when you are first getting the rear of the bike in the air, keep the foot that is still on the pedal flat to the ground. when i first started doing it my left foot (the one on the pedal) would not be flat to the ground, so when i started going backwards my foot would change postion and kill my balance.
  10. its a local guy around here who makes them. ive seen a few being run around here, but have not tried one myself. they look like the worked really well, and yes they are preety light
  11. great thanks for the tips guys. time to practice and then practice alot more but it will be worth it
  12. did you make sure the spacers were all put back exactly the same?

    Broken Xtp

i agree some koxx are just as strong as others but there more compition style frames seem to be preety weak becuse the the thin wall tubing.

    Broken Xtp

man those frames are so thin i dont doubt he was going preety slow and hit the edge with this front wheel. thats koxx for you, it may weigh nothing but its not very strong

  21. is it just me or is the echo site down?
  22. if you bleed with water i dont think its best with just regular tap water.
  23. i might be wrong but are these not the 4 piston calipers? if so, those brakes are worth much more
  24. i as well hear if you want to keep the rim smooth, zoo's are the best. now for a thread jack if you have anodized rims, do the pads ruin the colour?
