Use metal grinding disc only. To blunten your disc get an old bit of metel and grind it for a while to make the edge round. Them hold your grinder as flat to the rim as posible to avoid digging into the rim and go lightly to get a light finish this wont take too much off the rim. Can i ask what rim is it? If you want a really rough finish leave the disc sharp and hold the angle about 45* but will take alot of metel away. Hey i used to be a welder.

to get a soft grind blunten you disk first and go light if you are going to use zoo pads mines work well

Dont know do you think thats far, i can side hop about one and a half to two in distance and stay on the back wheel and keep the bike parallel or turn 90 degrees

Can you buy the hs33 05 lever blade on its own any were with the adjuster barrel, the adjuster has seized and i have repaired it a few times with tap and dyes but it keeps happening, they should use a steel one insted of plastic which is not strong enough threads on it .

I can static hop over two and half wheel base'es easy and about the same for rolling on flat ground

the chain was rubbing just above the rear axel at the chain stay welds on the inside of the frame. it also could be the onza hub that i used. it was a 122 tryall bb that came fitted on the frame kit

I got a levelboss frame kit and i used tensile cranks but the chain was rubbing on the frame and had to change the tryall bottom bracket to a shorter one and still was rubbing and tried a few others. Ended getting a handfull of spacers to get a small clearance what a nightmare!!!!!

do you have to grind the anodised finish of the rim to use a hs33 and are they strong
