  2. I am now currently running a rocket ron which is light but terrible in wet so.....

Looking to get a 24 front tire for the echo and cant really see any that suitable for natty, not botherd about weight

Was thinking the moto digger or a maxxis snyper or small block8

    Any reviews ?

  3. I had my element out to clean and could not screw it out but mines is mounted on a flange so took that off

To drain tank need to switch off cold supply to heater tank and if you look outside house you should see pipes sticking out of the wall one is the overflow for toilet and there will be one for tank to drain to outside and just disconnect wires to elements, do a resistance check over elements should be around 60-80 ohns if a 800w element

  4. I have a tight ham and pulls my knee and calf and ankle out so very sore, been told to wear these for flat feet and help my alignment of leg

    Duff deuce lo

    duffs-deuce-lo-shoes-spring.jpg

I took the original insert out and put these in my duffs cause there light and grip well , they do help every day use but to hard/stiff for biking makes my knees bad everything worse so need more cushin and flex on both shoe and insert

Whats inserts do yous guys wear and what shoes, would ribos be the answer?

Not been out on a proper ride since easter because of this so need to get something sorted

  5. Well i came from a phillips laptop, vista, no battery 120gb hdd and 2gb ram, crap in hd video and anything else, so done reset to factory and updated it and was full with 300 updates

Now i have a samsung, windows 8, 8gb ram 1tb hdd , and a battery lol so anything is way better but the clicks thing is no biggie for me its really not that bad.

We have ibm laptops in work running windows 7 and didnt find that big a differance and we use big programmes for work and eats battery within the 1hr so bad for site jobs i gues its just what you like

Prob a laptop 7 would be better if u had a touch screen style yea 8 but i like the differance feels i got something new rather a new laptop with same stuff in it

  6. Got my new laptop yesterday and been playing about, really its the best of both worlds, metro is like an app type interface easy and quick to use, only bad side can be fiddly if not a touch screen and mouse pad uses all corners for shortcuts and things like that and swipes like a touch can zoom in same as phone on mouse pad

The Windows desktop has no start, was a bit hard to find a way to find it but got it sorted now and seems all good, fast smooth and my battery life is amazing 5+ hours easy

Took me a while to get the grips of it but i like it really, fast and alot more details ie task manager shows loads more than vista, xp so see how it continues as it updates :wink2:

  7. I have got a meter reading device so works out elecy used at time and a rate when any elecy devices are on

We have the oiled filled ones found pretty dear to run 1.5kw one

Gonna try a halogen ones this year

Our other heaters are storage heaters and charge at night so give out heat slowly during day but but the time 8-9pm its cold before they come on, you would need to wire in fuse box and a switch at heater more hassle for you to fit and phone elecy company for a off peak tarriff

Average day tarriff say 13p per kw

    1.5kw heater 10hrs a day around £2 mark 5 days a week

    £10 a week £40 per month max

we had a few heaters on low heat all winter during the - weather and below which has been alot last few years( one year was -18) so worked out petty dear for us just to let you know

    Big Betty -

First thoughts look like a big tire and feels like a light good weight, fittted to bike was all off round, tried ages to get it to run round, buffed of tail so filed that down to hear no farty noise

Ride 25psi felt bouncy but rimed out a lot and was squirmy and griped ok, 30 psi didnt bottom out but grip was terrible so ..... swapped it with swampthing

    Swamping42a -

First thought wide treads mabey more punctures , fitted fine and runs nice and round , looks really small compared to big betty 20psi felt bouncy and same bottom out as big betty so more solid sidewalls but grip is really good and stable just feels like a better tire and runs hell of a lot faster pedal ups are so much better now, who knew??

Big betty light and slow roller and not great grip

Swampthing grippy , stable low running pressures and faster roller

Would like to know what like a highroller 42a vs a swampthing 42a would be like, is the highroller slower rolling than swampthing due to be more of a square tread

Also is there any front soft compounds out there
