Just wondering what the most common mod gearing is really, I assume it will be 18:12 but i've just switched to 18:13 and wondered how many others used this gear

Exactly, people under 18 seem to have alot less respect for deals made and in my personal opinion is they treat their stuff like shit because they've not earnt their money

yeah my thoughts are something must have caught the pawl. Im leaving it untill the morning now, but i reckon im just going to file the ratchet ring a bit and make sure its all clean in there

New problem now! I got it all functioning fine, i went outside for a few gaps all happy that i was riding... a few gaps in the hub seized, after being taken apart i find a broken pawl inside. anyone have a guess as to why this may have happened??? I have put my spare pawls and springs in now so i don't want to put it back together untill i know it won't do it again

Are you suggesting it would be more believe able if the camera was being waved around?

Ive got a new problem now, with the casing out of the body. The bearings seem to be extremely tight fitting, like im going to damage them if i push hard enough to get them in any thoughts on this?

This is the second time its happened to me, the first time i managed to crack it out. But this time its literally fused to the metal of the freehub the dremel is working its just taking ages

Its an old story really. boy breaks profile, boy buys replacements for profile, boy can't get outer casing of old bearing out of freehub body, boy buys dremel, boy spends 2 hours grinding the case out anybody got a better idea? i tried hammering it out using a screwdriver as a wedge but it seems to be fused to the freehub body

There's four options available. 1. hope he's a decent lad and sorts you out. 2. find him and hurt him. 3. get the police involved. (or paypal if you used them) 4. get his home address, number and get his parents on the case

Thought it was a pro2? i shouldn't think so. america uses the same equipement as we do, just not aswell

Won't work i don't think. If it where as easy to do as just flipping the spring over a company would have developed one that worked in that way. As far as i know there isn't one available on the market I can't seem to think why right now but i think theres a fundemental reason why tensioning up doesn't work

If i where you i'd pray that your right foot forward, has more advantages. HOW do you know you kick better with your right foot if you can't hop into position?
