  1. Welcome to the forum As soon as i started using this forum i felt lost , but the more i used it the better i knew it and it can be reallllllllly useful
  2. The only reason that's gone like that is because the bolts have come un-done, which secure the cage part that has came off in your case. I have seen soooo many new local riders complain their pedals are crap, it's just they didn't do the bolts up
  3. If the lever's quite spongey there might be air in the system, caused from a bad bleed, and just making the brake not work well, and in your case, have no hold. Check for leaks in the system, if it's all ok, give it a fresh new bleed and it all should be fine I've never had this problem, so if bleeding it doesn't work then i'm not sure
  4. There are quite a few square-taper BBs that are well below £30, such as an Onza, VP or something which you can get for around £10-£15 off tartybikes . If it's a BB for ISIS drive then for around £30 an FSA Platinum will do the job, check out Chain Reaction Cycles for FSA, Truvativ and many other makes of BB. As long as you get a 68mm x 128mm BB with the right taper you'll be fine.
  5. You look soo much more comfortable on that bike Awesome weather , so yeah nice vid and some good riding Stocks all the way
  6. Also measure the width of your BB sheel, it should be either 68mm or 73mm. The one that Benny has linked up should fit fine being your frame has a 68mm wide BB shell I'm sure you can buy crank arms seperately on their own,but you need to give more information such as ISIS or square-taper?!
  7. Really good vid....Makes me wanna ride natural I quite liked the music and thought it went really well with the vid, nice and chilled Keep it up
  8. Looks really nice Hope you have fun getting back into riding
  9. Nice bike with a good spec I considered getting an Aorta but i think it'd be too short for me I think those frames look lush.
  10. Not really, go for with ever size bike you feel most comfortable riding on. You do get some tall people riding 20", and some small people riding 26". It's just about what feels most comfortable
  11. Really good riding Hooks are high, and big gaps and everything. Looking forward to seeing a vid on your new GU
  12. To my knownledge, although i'm pretty sure i'm wrong, worth a guess anyway.... A pinch flat is when the tube is caught between the tyre and the top part of the sidewall of the rim, due to heavier landing, and the tube is caused to rip when part of the tube stays in one place while the other part moves because of friction thus making it rip, and causing a pinch flat.....I think.....So when talcon powder is applied to the tube, it allows it to move more easily so it cannot get caught and ripped, helping prevent pinch flats. I could well be wrong, but it was worth a try
  13. Nice screenshots Benny.I needa get back out riding again , should be in a week or 2 Good to see you do the drop again, and also Ben do it And.....I think we should put together a vid of us 3 this summer
  14. Most of the riding in that was simply.... With every vid you get better, definately the best vid i have seen from you Even when riding some technical natural and you just manage to get over it all in soo little time
  15. Some alright pics there, good to show the riding That backwheel off the pallets looks huge
  16. I know exactly what you mean. It feels really good to get back on your bike after taking a break. Everything feels fresh, but you still remember it and it all comes back. There have been a few times when i've broke something on my bike, or when i've hurt myself meaning i cannot ride for a bit, and when i get back on my bike it's awesome. I happened to properly break my BB, as all the bearings got like crushed and fell out, and i haven't had a working bike in about 3-4 weeks, apart from it being so boring i'm just waiting to get back riding as it's really good when you haven't rode in a bit. I'm not sure what other people think to this, but i really like it when you get back on your bike after having a break from riding.
  17. Looks awesome, and that colour really sets it off Really, really nice Just wondering, as i was considerring getting a frame off Iolo, how it rides, although that's dependant on the geometry, but how strong and solid does it feel....? Is there much frame flex? I'm asking this because the tubing does look a bit thin. Other than that looks really nice
  18. I love those bikes, they look awesome If i did freeride that'd be the bike i'd have, too bad there's no hills round here
  19. Some pretty funny crashes in there. Loved the music lol That spinny thing on the snow was quite good
  20. Looking good Benny I think you should try ride it with a fixed chain Would be quite funny Get your new wheel soon then you can ride again

    Tonight.

Went to my school prom Friday evening, limo there and back to my house with my mates and our gfs. Put a tent up the night before for somewhere to drink in. None of the girls stayed over as of some having work in the morning, i was 'ill' for work . Then after the girls went we got one of them disposable BBQs out and cooked everything out my kitchen on it. A glass bowl thing full of candles caught fully alight so we managed to get it out the tent so i could kick it to put it out. Ended up gettin to sleep at about 4ish, and woke up to find what other things we had done . Last night i went round my gfs aunt's to help babysit, and her cousins wouldn't go to bed until their parents got back , but i still enjoyed just being with her . They were my last two nights which were awesome, and i'm now having to drink loads of water as i've had nothing but alcohol in the last two days. Overall probably the best weekend i've had, although i'm now sat here doing prep for my art exam tomorrow.
