they are good in the wet, not as good but are still ace. and i am using them on my magura louise standard rotor and i have used them all day and no sighn of the "cheese grator" effect, supose mine could be ok as there is not many holes, but i imagine that with something like a hope rotor they would get eaten.

i have just got myself some plazmatic rubber disk brake pads, and oh my god there emence, well if you like a brake that has uber lock and no modulation, they also have a nice sqeek to them, and atm are peforming better than my rear magura with cnc coust pads!! i would even trust this brake on the rear of my bike and bearing in mind i have had nothing but trouble and a shite brake all the time that i have had it and now its finaly good. i purchased these pads from ebay, the ones i have are for a magura louise but they are available for other modles and makes, they cost me £10 and they are worth every pennie. i strongly sugest you get some if you disk brake is lacking power. EDIT: should this of gone in the pad review topic?

when a disk rotor warps it is the metal rotor heating up and expanding then cooling in a diffent shape, usually slightly bent or missalighned (sp?). it does really happen that much in trials unless you are purposly making the rotor hot as in trials a disk isn't really used to slow us down continuously, its used to stop us dead. i hope i have cleared that up for you.

while where on the subject what will they be liek on a t-mag? with origional forks???

as the title says my ACS is pritty poo atm and seems to skip so is it worth cleaning it? i cleaned my mates before so i know how to do it and how it goes together so my real point in this is to ask weather its worth doing?

they only pop off and they can be put back on so its ok and you can bend out the springs so that they are a bit more powerful and harder to get off. mine is ok at the muinet but could be better.

Yes, it does loosen the glue, but to get the material out you need pliers so it should not be a problem, altho boling would do nothing if you are going to sand the surface off.

I am not sure where you can buy the frames new. But my friend (tri-calum on here) *I think* wants to sell his black mumba frame, but it is sprayed blue. ill get in touch and let you know if you are interested?

As i was browsing hestsink website i came across this and though it my be of some help to some. does any body know to remove the pads from the cnced magura backings? as i need to know for when my coust-sinks run out.

stop using "txt tlk" it makes it 10 times harder to read and you will never get validtaed. Also stop using numbers instead of words, it will help to get you validated quicker. eg. wnt 2 da shops= I went to the shops. you get the idea? Sorry to have a go but its for your own sake. Oh yeah the post..... A t-pro is a good starter bike so i would recomend that if your riding mod. (the stock riders have an extra 6" to make up for some thing else ) Stay clear of the t-mag its rubbish .
