Double it up, or what i do is get wide duct tape and fold it in half so the coloured bit is showing trough the holes and the tape doesn't stick to the innertube. Matt Rushton

Just nike trainer. I used to have some try-all shoes, but they were wrecked in 6 months and i'm not paying another £60, for some shoes that I can only go on my bike in. But normal trainers you can walk about in without people pointing and laughing at you. Matt Rushton

Yeah got to be said one of the most enjoyable trials of the year, and the weather was perfect not too hot or too cold. Hope there having another trial like the two day one in summer with camping next year. (definaltly best trial of the year that one.)
