Isn't it going to be the more time you spend on that activity the better you. Also the more you challenge yourself on that activity the better your going to get. So technically it's nothing to do with the amount you do but the time spent on it.

I'd go to the doctors as soon as you can to get it sorted. I'm getting back pain a lot recently (mines not because of my bike) and it is killing me =(. At the moment I'm just having to take standard over the counter pain killers which is helping until my doctor does something. What ever you do don't overdose on them though =P

I'm vegetarian so I basically eat anything that gives energy without meat in. Pasta is good, so I eat that. I also eat Mars bars but my mom says that they don't really help and the energy thing is just a myth. I like drinking powerade and lucosade. Also if I'm going to be doing a lot of active stuff then theres little lucosade tablet things you can take . I've only tried them once though.

You have to take each one as they come, each chav is different and some are actually quite nice. You can't stereotype everyone just because of the way they dress. I used to have horrible stuff said about me because of the way I dressed but none of it was true. x_x_x

I've done tonnes of things most involve scaring other people though My friend walked round town with pins in her fingers saying she was Ellie pin hands then we met another mate who just happened to be with her bf who seemed to be quite worried by the way we were acting x_x_x
