  1. small tip to keep air out of the system iincluding the air desolved in the water. very simple, boil the water before you bleed it. pour it into a jug add the anti freeze, and bleed with that.
  2. also if it says hudy, burn it, before you break your risk.
  3. had t-bird, forks, bars, stem, cranks, bottom bracket, hubs, spokes, echo drilled rims, maguras 33's. was still heavyer than my prodigy!
  4. awsome bike, rode one last year, nice to ride, but quite heavy.
  5. nice mate, im looking at getting a lite, whats the spec on that and how do you find it riding, not as simple as 'nice' lol does look a very nice bikes ps. you got msn? add me: burnard@berkshirebashers.co.uk
  6. probly about 5 or 6 foot off the top of a half pipe. thats trials about 10 foot on my dirt bike, stupid handle bars snapped
  7. no i dont how to side hop. bad grammer sorry. yes it does have maguras on it and i cant get the adament now anyway. gunna get a echo lite i think.
  8. ok chaps thanks for your help. spoke to the 'rents they like the bike, just not the price (sorry if you feel i have wasted your time on that) on the bright side i think i might have to go for summit like an echo lite. so what do you think of them? no spec as yet, still thinking

  10. well its only cos my brakes keep slipping and i have no time to fix. and i dont really know how to either. and i want a good bike not a shit prodigy
  11. when i first started, i rode with some people about 2 years older, and they bbullied me into pedal hopping of a 6 foot drop. worked though, kept doing it for about 3 hours after. basicly you just need to push your self and keep at it (something i didnt really do)
  12. 2 inch and even then i fall off, stupid brakes.
  13. i do love black and pink together ive got a black and pink body shell for one of my model cars does anyone have experiance with disc brakes, cos they look pretty vunerable, has anyone ever bent a disc, smashed calliper? conner, im more likly to get lost, i have never used the train on my own, and even then i end up in the rong place im probly going down winnersh triangle later if anyone wants to come probs be there arround 2
  14. never knew never knew pwetty polly... u know reading is better right? might pop down to newbury some time. you guys got msn? and on the question of a grind i was kind of hoping to keep my pink rims, well pink planning a black and pink bike :D
  15. just been reading though the forum, and been thinking about pad rim combinations. what would you go for? i cant decide, theres too many!!!
  16. well my adress has 3 places on it lol, reading, wokingham, winnersh, im in winnersh. i live in sherwood grange wich backs onto winnersh triangle industial estate. i would have thought 18 15 would be best? 18 16 sounds a bit low i thought on a 26 the ratio i ment to be 1.2 (drive gear devided by rear sprocket/ free wheel), and 20" needs to be 1.5 cos of the diference in wheel size?
  17. probly only about 2 month, though i started last year, i gave up, just started again
  18. do you mean 16t freewheel grantstop? and what gearing on the rear then? yer 120x17 sounds good with zoo riser bars oh and i ment horizontal drop outs with the 116mm spacing at the rear, got confused last night lol
  19. ive seen my way round quite a few forums and know how they work, this is the first ive seen with 'validation' pretty good idea though, filters out the idiots
  20. ok so wich size? i still prefer a medium high bars, ridden bikes wich are just toooo low think it had the 5* rise onza stem and flat bars.
  21. err mind if i limit you to what tarty bikes sell since they do them deal builds. monty urban looks about right, shorter than what i have on my mtb, and the bike is longer.
  22. there gunna cut it in half though, get the front for birthday, back for christmas, probs get it half way between, so late november/early december. i know it is a long time in advanced, but i always do it just to make sure i get it sorry mandry, theres no room for your bike anyone gunna tell me what they think of the bike?
  23. i take it you like the set up? what about bar and stem, i do prefer a wider bar and a riser, forgot to mention.
  24. Well i want a new bike for my birthday so i need to start nagging soon. I really like the look of the Adament A1 and have made up this spec. what are your thoughts? what would you change? If it helps, im 5 foot 7 (ish) - Frame: Adamant A1 (long) Vertical Drop outs - Forks: Echo Control '07 (4Bolt/Disk) - Front hub: Adamant CNC Disc - Rear hub: Adamant CNC Fixed - Head set: Adamant CNC - Crank: Echo 7075 CNC - Freewheel: Try-All 108.9 - Bashring: Echo 7075 18t - Front brake: Hope Tarty Trial 200 - Rear brake: Magura HS33 2005 - Brake clamps: Adamant CNC - Brake pads: Plazzie - Brake booster: Echo 4-Bolt - Front rim: Try-All Front 26" - Back rim: Try-All Rear 26" - Spokes: Sapim Race DB - Wheelbuilds: Tarty - Rim tape: Try All - Inner tube (f): Maxxis Welterweight - Inner tube ®: Maxxis Welterweight - Front tyre: Maxxis - Back tyre: Maxxis - Stem: Echo Hifi ----------------------------------would like advice - Grips: Tarty Raffle Grips - Handlebars: Adamant Riser Bar----------------would like advice - Chain: KMC K710 - Rear Sprocket: Echo 15t - Tensioner: 74Kingz - Bottom bracket: Echo Internal ISIS - Pedals: Echo VP-458a What would you recomend for the bar and stem for someone of my size? Is there anything on that list you would change? This will be my first good trials bike as A.T.M I have a mission prodigy
  25. IE pops up because it is set as your main browser, this means when you click a link on anything out side of another browers (msn, saved link, word) it will auto maticly open that link in IE, same for pop ups.
