Yup same thing happened to me and i still cant get on.
All mines doing a saying signing in for about 5 minutes then that trouble shoot thing pops up.

Ive got one they ride really really nice, sidehop's really nice and gap's but i find it abit difficult too hook with a short version.
Apart from that super nice. but its personal oppinion aswell i would say build see how it ride's.

Hey peeps, there are very nice places to ride by the uni and its not that far from town centre either so.
We rode there couple weeks back it was really good because it was my first time riding around uni.

Berrybike has been riding 4-5 month but i rode about 5 years ago aswell then he quit (cause he's gay:p)

The only place that's free is out skirts of town, if you need you car park you'd have to pay if you want one in manchester town, no free parking in in manchester town.
Maybe try piccadilly station.
