YO! Im going to change from square taper to isis and now is a good time because I need a new freewheel and cranks anyway. Right, im not sure what freewheel,cranks and BB to go for but I need to try and keep the cost down because I have £45 at the moment and I get £10 a week which kinda sucks but I have exams so not much time for work Please could you give me advice on what cranks,freewheel and BB to buy. Hiho! Round me there getting a skate park but they keep having these council meetings. ( There putting some trials stuff in aswell) Hopefully it will be built this summer but they keep having meetings about. They have to do this so show how many people really want it so one thing you would have to do is probabley show them how many people want the park built. Could be your freewheel. Check your wheel is inline ~Matty

Maybe thicker gloves or try wearing wooly gloves under your biking gloves, hehe. I did this once and its so padded ~Matty
