  1. why wouldnt i be able to fit a profile on an echo rim. onza hog rims seem fine, im running one at the mo, but the echo rim colour choices wud help me in the look of mi bike. is it just the amount of spokes they take>
  2. a fixed hub is where your hub is only able to accept the peddaling direction you peddle in. a free hub just enables you to stop peddaling/ peddle backwards without your bike braking or wanting to go in reverse. if your bike did not have a free hub at all, front or back, when u stopped peddaling or peddled backwards your wheel would either brake or go backwards. old school bmx;s did not have free hubs and to brake u simply stopped peddaling, this locked up the back wheel. front or rear freehub depends on your choice, but from what ive seen you can get better quality hubs with a rear freewheel, so i wud go for that. that dosnt mean its a better choice its just that rear freehubs seem better kit and have been proven on BMX for years
  3. ive got two old school Ot Pi Vhs tapes. one is Ot Pi dream, about 1994 ish i think the other is technique of Ot Pi which is earlier, about 1991/2 ish both are in like new condition, just wondering how much they;d be worth, if much at all.
  4. cheers. just looked at the tensile cranks and they look decent. for some reason i thought they only did front freewheel cranks. wanting to get rid of my front freewheel, main reason being theres better quality hubs available for rear freewheels.
  5. cheers man i was wondering that the t-mag basic setup like ive currently got has a high front end and with me being small a lower front end might help me out for upping and stuff?
  6. make sure ur controling your back brake with just one finger. your first finger ideally. its just a combination of timing when u realease ur back brake, kick with ur pedals and lif your legs. as soon as you release your back brake, kick your pedals but dont exagerate this it dosnt require a big effort and lift your legs/pull on the bars. just keep practicing and you'll get it. dony give in
  7. alright guys. ive just gotten back into trials after about 5 years out! been riding again since xmas, bought a 2002 t bird, sold it after 2 weeks and bought a new t mag. maybe a rash choice but the bike is ok. anyway im planning on these upgrades over the next month (hopfully) -profile mini hub, echo rim - middleburn rs7 cranks -echo isis BB -echo HIFI stem -zoo riser bars -zoo python forks ive already put a braided hose and echo booster on the rear. im only 5'5. any input wud be much appreciated. cheers kenny
  8. cheers hopfully it will fit then. just wonderd also about clearence with a 2.5 tyre
  9. anyone running a 4 bolt echo team on a t mag.? ive just orderd one and now im worried it wont fit cheers
  10. yea the hub is sealed. i took my wheel off because there was play in the bearings and tightened the hub up but it doesnt run smooth enough for my liking. i think the cranks are square taper but im not 100% as i aint had them off yet. i havent had the bike that long but its a new t mag, 2005. budgets not too much of an inssue for a smooth ride and a strong ride its the clicking in the bottom bracket that pisses me off. what could that be. wear and tare or loose/
  11. im ridin an onza t mag. the bike is fine but the bottom bracket is clicking. i want to upgrade my bb/cranks/rear hub. what would you guys recommend to do, bearing in mind my t mag runs a front freewheel, to get the best setup. money is not too much of an object i just want a strong setup
