    i am indeed sir. I think the slightly longer cockpit will suit me a little better. It'll be the first time i've had a full new bike in years (since i got an adamant IIRC). Excited is an understatement.

    Good man im still undecided to get one as my first love is technical riding on rocks / comps.

    Really I need two bikes but your talking over 3k which is a big pill to swallow for a couple of bikes :/

    When you say freehand are you completely freehand or do you have 1 fi ger on the workpiece, if you havent try it will help a lot.

    Always best to use 4t as you can relax your grip when you have initiated the arc should only be holding the torch lightly.

    Be harder in the lap due to not enough surface area for the ceramic,, what size ceramic are you using?

    I would go for a size 8 or 10 easier to learn with plus better gas coverage. You would need the correct size gas lense also though.

    That looks bad ass, not sure about the bonnet raisers though! I'll get some fresh photos of mine once I have corrected a few more issues, got a club member helping me tune it soon which should make it less shit and worthy of a wash!

    Three of my cam tips have score marks on them (nothing on the tappets though) how concerned should I be? Presumably these are responsible for my metallic oil, not sure if it's really worth the hassle of swapping the engine now, I'd rather put money into the 20VT conversion

    The easiest way for you to learn would be to make a T fillet then you can just sit the ceramic between the two plates at an angle and walk the dog (basically just moving the torch up and down on a fillet) and the torch really does the rest.

    Once you have a consistent weave between both plates start introducing filler wire into the equation.

    Ive been welding for 10 years now ( im 29 ) and im still learning just be patient and it will come to you.

    When you have got a pipe to weld on a 45° restricted and is 100% radiograph welding with a mirror then its tricky!

    I have finished my last contract now probably till after xmas but I will add some pictures and so on when I can.

    I think a lot of the older generation either don't understand what or how important having a fun active hobby is or they are jealous and bitter that they never got the chance when they was younger.

    I think the media portrays most of the younger generation as yobs too and that probably plays on peoples minds.

    I am quite argumentative when someone winds me up so they usually leave before I do and I will usually ask them what they enjoy to do or what hobbies they have when I get confronted of being too old to ride kids bikes with no seats.

    I know i just waft in here from time to time with no input at all but someone might be interested in some of the cars i buy, heres my latest addition for the drive down south i will be taking on over the next few months..

    I think at 6ft 4 you'd definitely look a tit on a mod! :wink: But maybe with a super long high stem & big risers it might feel ok ish.

    Why not a 24 or 26?

    Never get this reply, your riding a bike with no seat hopping around like a pogo stick, in other words you look a tit either way.

    Was considering one of these but I'm not sure now as my track record if I didn't get on with it it wouldn't make much money in the second hand market..

    Crank issue is terrible IMHO. For a bike of that caliber and they can't get Monty cranks to fit??

    Surprised dani is using that tyre on the rear thought the race would be much grippier / lighter..

    Double maggys too? He's always run dual disc and with the problem Abel had with the mounts breaking not sure why he would swap over..

    Not sure if anyone picked up on the mother interview I posted earlier where she goes on to say that the FBI have been In touch with her and her sons for a number of years they knew everything about the boys and what they was up to, very strange and needs addressing.

    I realise it could be absoloutely anything in that bag to make it heavy but why hasn't he been questioned / mentioned? I thought thats what the people who are meant to be looking out for our welfare do?

    That's what annoys me about all this. People picking up on the most stupid things, like the uniforms - if someone is about to commit a crime they generally wouldn't wear a f**kING UNIFORM.

    And these images are clearly made by stupid people because they pick up on stupid details and always have multiple spelling mistakes. Not trying to go off on a grammar Nazi thing, but if someone can't even spell "Earpiece" then I'm reluctant to use their information as fact.

    And as said, wow, a black bag with a grey strap... Can't imagine there being more than one of those at an event where there's thousands of people!

    Really, all these questions you have are already answered.

    But what if they was there because they had been involved in a drill telling them that it was going to be a fake event etc etc or they are just so bold that they know no one will question them.

    There are numerous eye witness reports / statements being told that the authorities were telling everyone not to worry about the sniffer dogs, people on rooftops etc etc because it was just a drill..

    I want to know who are these people and what were they doing there before and then more show up immediatly after clearly military type tan boots tan pants black tops / jackets, ear pieces etc etc..

    Who was this guy as the bag looks very very similar..

    From the pictures he was alone holding the bag suspiciously too doesn't look right.
