This is the Brum thread Danny! Owen -
Many many thanks to richard (harshrider) for being a good honest trader, helping me out with all my questions, and posting when he said with correct item discriptions. Would deffinately trade with him again and reccomend him as a seller! Thanks alot mate! Anyway, my zoot has had a bit of a change, new front wheel, rear rim, and mainly, the new frame! Not ridden it much at all yet, as i have only just finished building it, but it feels really nice, bunny and manualtastic!! No front brake until tomorrow night, when i get a vee (of course!) Anyway, enough of the sh*t! Sorry about the phone pics, ill get better ones asap! Comments welcome! Owen Edit: Just managed to think of a way of putting a saddle on. And really am unsure which one i prefur. So which one do you like better? Mini seat, or propper seat? Again, comments welcome. Help me decide! Owen

I want to see you killing it then Make sure if you do bring out a propper vid it has lines and single moves in it like this one does! Owen
-
I knew you were pretty good, but that was immense! Really enjoyed that for some reason. Very powerful riding. Put me in the mood for riding! Very good vid! Owen

Sorry, that made me laugh!! Sorry to hear the news, hope you get it sorted! And keep us posted to how it goes if you go in there. Owen

Fair point. I just think if they made a cheaper version of good frames, they may be onto a winner. As if they try anything drastic, they may put people off, as at first, noone will know how it rides, and some may not be willing to take the risk. (if you get what i mean). Owen
-
Third down looks just like a Gu Le. Actually, like others said, most of them look like copys. If they ride as well as the frames they look like, and arent as expensive, they might be on to a winner! As long as the paint jobs arent too bad. Owen

My cage pedals were ok at first (cheapy vp ones). But after a few weeks of having them, the cages started to snap, bolts rip out and ended up with them snapping on me! Im by no means a massive rider, and was surprised at how short period of time they lasted me, as i know a few of the top riders use them. I then went to a set of new v12's, which to be honest, were utter w*nk! All the pins fell out after about 2 weeks, and the onesthat were left, felt real loose, no grip left whatso ever. So then i went to a set of new v8's, and same problem as with the v12's, loads of pins fell out. Not as many as on the v12's, so still useable, but i was still shocked at how easily they fell out. Now i have gone back to a set of old v8's i had in my garage. About 3 years old, not one pin missing, still smooth, and are working awsome. Very very impressed with them. By far the best pedals i have ever had. P*ss all over them v12's i had. Owen

Still thinking of you man! A brum ride without you just wasnt the same! R.I.P mate! Owen

Lol. Well you beat me at the humour game! Owen

I cant remember the last time i rode by myself. I absolutely hate it, i get bored soo easily. I prefur someone there pushing me, and someone to push. Saying that, i havent ridden on my own in ages, but i really cant see myself liking it, as i hated it the last time i did it. Owen

Hmmm, do i get myself sacked? Im thinking yes, as there is another 2 jobs in the pipeline! I should have my leeson built by this ride! Touch wood! Owen -
http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=123252 Youv got a minimum of another 50 years to go yet matey I would say 20 is no where near to old. If you want to ride and enjoy riding, whos anyone to tell you your too old at 20? Owen
-
Im not the only one who got woken up by an early Grant call then? Ben you up for going worcester sometime in the week? Owen
-
Ahh, yeahh they do seem good value from Tart. I would say just try it with 26" wheels. My mod is 1060 and my leeson (soon to arrive) is 1035, and thats a 26" one! Hehe, hopefully it will be flicky enough I cant say if a 26" streety style bike is any good at the min as i havent yet got it, but ill be sure to give you a quick review as soon as i have given it a good ride!
