Ill put my opinion on what you can do to make it better! Get a shorter stem, with more rise! Get some bars without a crossbar thing. Some deity's or something like that, about 2.5ish " rise. Get some smoother tyres, so it rolls nicer and looks alot better. Make it single speed and get a propper tensioner, it will look soo much less cluttered! Get some nice forks on there, some fattys or something, anything but onza! Get a better seat post, prefurably black one! And then, it will "possibly" be the best looking mk2 yet. Owen

I like this thread!!! But, opinions from both sides that i believe are correct! In some ways i think, as long as your having fun, enjoying what you doing, who gives a sh*t if your doing GS style, its your choice, and if you like it, then fair play to you. On the other hand, i do have to laugh at people who measure everything they ever do on their bikes. Ohh look, i just did a sidehop 45.35364"! But i cant really argue any of this, as on my Leeson i do manuals ans streety style, never measured one thing i have done on it. Then i got my long and low mod, which i dont mind admitting i do GS style, and occasionally, i do get the good old tape measure out, but not all the time! I find doing both styles gives me a good change, and keep me going in trials, a nice change every once in a while never did anyone any harm! Owen

I'd deffo say go for a Specialized out of them makes! I'v got myself a langster, single speed, hub is double sided, so if you fancy and bit of fixie fun, then just spin the wheel round. Great bike, being a Specialized you get your lifetime warrenty on the frame aswell, so if you do tw*t it down 20 stairs, tell them you were just riding along and it broke, and theyle send you a new'un! And you said, like me, you can get trade, so you will also get a stupid cheap deal like i did!! If you want gears, id say go for a Specialized Allez. Great entry level bikes from spesh, still with your lifetime warrenty, The double chainring (ont front) is £500, and the tripple is £550. So at trade youl get it silly cheap. Both great bikes, just depends what your after i surpose. I love my Langster though! Owen

Yeah Birmingham is very central, esily accesable and close to where Beau lived. But i dont want to say much more as the last thing i want is people like "just ecause its close to you". I think its easy to get to etc. If people want it anywhere else, like i said ill travel anywhere in the UK, but my vote goes to brum. Owen

Another one for dibs on a lift off you Kyle!!! Ill obviously chip in for petrol etc! Lets have a poll for the date, not the location, as little n00bs that didnt even know Beau will just try and vote for the closest one for them! The camping or the few day ride idea sounds mint, everyone get together like after riding to have a few beers and a bbq, good idea forteh! Yeah Jake experienced a bit of brake slip, went over the bars, and landed on his helmet/finger. I think he has had his Op today, as apprently it was quite urgent as it could have started cutting through it tendon or something? Grant and Danny both shut up NOW! Theres a time and place! Is it any good by where Beau lived? I know he was always in Brum, but i dont think Brum would be suitable! Bristol sounds ok. Im willing to travel anywhere in the country for this, i WILL be there. Grant, i can see why you want it on his bday but like Danny said, it may be easier for people to travel on a Saturday. If you wanna spray your forks, then go for it matey. But personally i think it would look w*nk. Especially if theres nothing else white on your bike. What wrong with the colour they are, or spray them black, to get rid of the onza down the side of them. I did that when i had my onza (good old days!) But spraying is personal prefurance, if you want to do it, then go ahead! Owen
