    i go boxing and the gym!!! lift about 11kg on each arm at the gym, which feels just right for me.

  10. my mtb has got an isis taper bb. and i cant get the cranks off. is there something i am surposed to do different than when i take cranks off a square tapered bb?? any help will be much appreciated. thanks owen
  11. i just brought a set of zoo bars, so i need a stem with 31.8mm clam size. also i want a long stem with quite alot of rise. i dont want to spend alot as i am on a tight budget. anyone got any reccomendations for me?? all help is greatly appreciated. thanks owen
  12. now now boys calm down mate its all about personal opinion with tyre pressures. i run about 18psi but i rekon you should just go out on a ride with a pump and a pressure gauge and just mess around for about half an hour and you should have it sorted. hope i have helped mate

  14. cheers lads. i just put the xtr levers on to find out i had a rear puncture, but i couldnt be arsed to fix it so i dont know if the xtr's are any good yet. lol
  15. ye i prefur the looks of the xtr's but i like the little adjuster on the sd's. i rekon i will put the xtr's on for a week or so and see which i prefur. cheers for the fast replys
  16. hi all, at the moment i am running avid sd5 vees but i just brought a set of shimano xtr levers and calipers cheap off a mate. so do you rekon i should put the xtr's on or leave my sd5's?? thanks owen
  17. use the search mate. but i ride with rock pads and they are amazing!!! never let me down
  18. i use the halfords ones. they are £5 but if you cut them in half you get 4 sets of grips, so for £5 you cant really complain. i just change mine after about every 3 weeks, but that doesnt bother me because they are soo cheap and save me from having to wear gloves.

  24. i prefer the feel of vees, mine have never slipped or let me down, not after my new pads and booster any way. but each to their own i surpose
