  1. Can't see it anywhere squire
  2. I've listened to Andy Mckee for a couple of years now, he's absolutely incredible. My idol. Tommy Emmanuel and Michael Hedges too. I saw Andy and Tommy in Liverpool last week, got talking to Andy (after I'd stoped shaking like a shitting dog) and he asked me to come to the gig in Bolton on Friday night and get some shots. I f**king wept all the way through Rylynn, both nights, and I'm not ashamed one bloody bit! And this isn't a jab at anyone, but to whoever said that stuffs hard to play - have a go. It might not be as hard as it looks (its still f**king difficult, above grade 8 for any theory nuts) but composing that? Not a chance!
  3. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/glasgo...est/7095134.stm I'll say no more.

    Speedcameras

Speed cameras are twats! Apparently, they're going to be implementing some new ones sometime in the near future, that instead of measuring your speed as you go through it, there'lll be two cameras a mile or two apart, which will measure how long it took you to get from one to another. Can't wait!
  8. Nice! I well wish I could've been there, Southport looks a shitload better than Chorley!
  9. I fancy a ride tonight actually. I'll give you a ring if I'm going anywhere
  10. If the geo wasnt so horrid, I'd go camp outside Tarty right now and wait for the first GU TP frame. That thing looks fooking ACE
  11. Gutted I couldnt make it! Was it a good ride?
  12. I'm not doing anything for halloween, but my mates going out round Preston as Quagmire. His costume is bloody class!
  13. I cant make it, im working 10 til 4 if anyones out later on, I'll try pop down
  14. Never rode Southport before, but I could be coming down with jim
  15. Ace! Its strange seeing you ride like that Adam, especially on a proper bike
  16. Have you tried Scan? I don't know their website, but they have an enormous, warehouse sized shop up at the Reebok Stadium. My gamer friend practically lives there, so they might be worth a look?
  17. It does look pretty ok, but its not quite on the same scale as THIS or THIS (that one is a piece of the artist who will hopefully be designing mine)
  18. Oooh no no no, I think I worded that wrong. I meant that they'd know some good tattoo artists, like f**k I want a tattoo like any of them! Haha, sorry about that. Yeah, I'm 18. I'm not getting any band tattoos as such, but I want it to represent DIY music in general. I just don't know how. Like I've said, its the only thing that means enough to me to get tattooed, and DIY provided me with the most incredible 5 or 6 years of my life, and those will never be taken away from me. As long as I have that in my tattoo, I can't imagine I'm going to regret it. At least not for a long, long, long time.
  19. Thats pretty smart! I might have to go hang round at f**king URBIS or something, make friends with some shitty scene kids. They always have good tattoos.
  20. Boooo! I'm totally waiting for an amazing double gatefold coloured vinyl masterpiece by Drew!
  21. Yes, Drew is amazing. I saw them twice on their UK tour with The Murder Of. Best week EVAR. One of them was in the middle of someones garden on this enormous, beautiful old farm on Worscester (sp?) £600 is a lot o' brass, I'm gonna have to do this over a long-ish time I reckon. I hear that Studio 81 in Preston has amazing artists.
  22. I'm gonna be coming into some money soon, and I've been thinking long and hard, and I'd really like to get a half sleeve. I've seen some pretty sweet tattoos on here, and I know AndyT has some shit hot ones aswell, but getting advice on OTN is a hit-or-miss affair. What I'd like incorporated into the design (which I will be asking Drew Speziale of Circle Takes the Square to design for me, because his artwork has always blown me away) is DIY music mainly, the only thing that has meant enough to me for the last 5 or so years to have emblazoned on my arm. Photography too, perhaps a great quote by one of my favourite photographers, which I'm yet to find, and a little something to do with David Lynch. I still can't think how DIY could be represented in a tattoo, but it'll come to me (or if anyone here knows much about the DIY community etc. help a brother out!) I'm from Chorley, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna let anyone from this hell hole at my arm with a needle. So I'm gonna go somewhere in Manchester or Liverpool. Does anyone know of any good/simultaneously cheap artists in those areas? This things gonna be on me forever, so I want it to be the best quality, and if you look at the work of the artist whos gonna be designing it for me, it doesnt look too easy to draw. How much will I be looking at spending on this? I know it'll depend how detailed the piece is, how big it is, the artist etc, but just a rough guess? I want a half sleeve, top half, and to go onto me shoulder/chest/back a tiny bit. A bit of colour too. Any help would be totally awesome
  23. Thats some rough f**king justice right there. What an awful, awful thing to happen. I couldnt make it a quarter way through the second video
