Right lads goin to my first comp tomorrow and was wondering if anyone can give me advice on what to take, what to wear ect ect. obviously bike tools helmet! but what else. Thanks in advance

With that bottom bracket you should be fine, the only thing you can do is get a crank with a higher offset. i just checked and the cranks your using has a 26mm offset the cranks i was using had a 29mm. mine cleared but not by a great deal.

I was using an sl on my mod with no problems at all, lots of engagements and mega strong. Ive just bought a stock which has a pro 2, it does the job and everything, but i much prefere the sl, and will be changing back very very soon.

It wont move the bb or the hub, just the chain stays a tiny amount, so it shouldnt affect your chain line.

Is that the 2011 koxx?

its only sponge if its not setup and bled right.

When riding my ring finger top knuckle aches really bad, mainly when on the back wheel. It gets to the point that when i take my hand of the bars i find it hard to straighten said finger. Ive tried adjusting my lever reach and the position slightly but there is no improvement. Has anyone experianced this and is there any suggestions on how to stop this. Many Thanks

Its the try-all 3d stem. i dont want to cut my forks so the stem stackers have to stay. it dont bother me too much though as im 6ft 4.
