  1. my haro race bmx had chain tentioners like years ago. rob
  2. first of all wayne. the rock that you are speaking of was not moved by dave, dan or myself or anyone else i know. if you want to point fingers get it right first. the first instance that any of us knew about the rock movement was when you were there with us moving it back. as i said to you at the time. whilst me, and the butler lads where having brekfast, parked up on the top car park we walked down the road a little to see if anyone had arrived. in doingso we saw, some people walking aruond the section area. looked like one man and two boys but a cant say for sure. the first time we saw any of the sections was when we arived to ride them. At the section in question we arrived at the same time as you, you commented that the rock had been moved. then after you struggled to shift it on your own, myself and dave helped you roll it back into place. Im not lieing, or making assumtions wayne. this is what happened, and im afraid that if you think otherwise then you are the one that was "out of the place". Also durin and after the trial you spoke to me ,and i was talkin to you, and you were being quitew sound, just discussing the section's riding. etc. So why is it now that on the computer you seem to have a problem with me, and the other's. If you had an issue, then why not talk to me about it at the time. Then maybe you wouldent be posting compleat bollox about what went on. Look forward to seeing you at ymsa , whichever wayne arives that is. then perhaps you will apolagise to me and the butlers for the the lie's you have posted, how much you have anoyed me by talkin shit about me on here, and jumping to conclusions about who did what and when. rob.
  3. hognesium pedals tensiles single ply maxis or kenda rob
  4. ankle's gettin smaller now aust, and aust is rite we dont bite, but i hear he somtime's sucks! :S
  5. dent see anyone rippin into wez, i ride biu and uci comps, i dont like making technical dabs, unless its at a national or somthing when i could gain from it. so am i a willy or a prat? its a club trial, fun to ride, nice to win but its not the end of the world. my opinion is if every large rock i pull up next to i dab up. then how is that improoving my riding? if i 5 it then fine. one time i will clean it and the guy who's still dabbing is still getting 1's. its gotta make you better eventually. dont think its rite to say all uci riders have an atitude. it individual people that have atitude's nothing to do with how they ride. rob
  6. you gotta go see a sports physio or sumat, i had a real bad pain in my neck and shoulder, could hardly ride, kept fallin off cuz of it. i went to see a physio only been once and it is way better, gotta go once more then its sorted, but there is vitually no pain now. its cost around 25 to 35 pound a time but if like mine its sorted in 2 visits, i think its well worth the money. allso it turns out that the problem is not from riding my bike, that just agrivates it. its because i have bad posture, i sit driving my van all day with my hand on the gear stick, on the dash. now they told me to stop it has been fine is it in the same arm you use the operate the mouse on the comp or somthing like that? rob
  7. you forgot you big mouth too aust! im goin its a top venue, and less than an hours drive, get in! im doin white route and il be riding my nan's 3 speed folding bike.
  8. ymsa trials do have insurance for the riders, its just not with the acu the trial on sunday i thought was an ok event, i apreciate all the hard work that goes into it, and im not complaining, i just think i have ridden better sections at brimam before. but hey, it ads veriety, and i probs dent like them because i 5'ed most of them. transport used to be a bit of a drama, as like many my parents dont realy wanna take me and sit in a cold field all day. but thanks to those that do! and stand observing all day! i dont think i ever saw anyone get the micky taken out of them for being at there first comp. i think its good to see new faces. new riders are what make the sport grow. i was there helpin but the moved rocks back in place when we arived at the section , at to whoever it was, what is the point in moveing rocks out of the section? its the same for everyone whether the rocks are there or not! if you do any other comps in the uk, you should try and do the ymsa ones, they are prety central so you get northern and southern riders traveling to ride , and they are very laid back! rob
  9. arr bummer its well far from the sections and they make you pay. but like you say, some one allways get stuck, to heavy on the old right foot i think. last time everyone managed to drive on and off fine, in big vans and everything but one guy gets stuck in an omega, "done well there mate!" rob

  16. yes baz, the P,A was rife! i did my first lap for 4 dab's thought i was going to do far too well, lost my head and dropped 21 on my second lap! doh! if only i could have finished on 8 or somthing. then maybe my ass wouldent hurt so much! top venue! i think all essex trials should be held there!, also mint riding/training after the comp too! rob.
  17. yer i use the kollosal 2.6 on the rear and a kenetics 2.35 on the front, both stick-e, they are the best tyres i found. you can allso get 2.6 kenetics for the rear, i think this has a better tred pattern, but unfortuatley it is single ply and pinch flats easy in comps, allthough its good with a fat dh tube in for street. they are deffo as goos as maxxis slow reasy. you should be abe to get from any bike shop, just ask them, they are from moore and large if they ask. if not i have a few that i can sell at comps, both new and used. rob
  18. kenda kallosal 2,6 stick-e, they rock! and stick! but dont pinch!

(Y) rob
