The materials are the same and the differences between the frames are the build in brake booster (you can/should/ buy a control booster), the one peace cs yoke.....that's just about it. Oh yeah and the Czar has a double gusset on the headtube and the Pure has one.....So my suggestion is buy a Pure and put on a brake booster to boost the brake Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
