Dave Anscombe
Brake boosters are made for that reason.frame flex is quite normal .Brake boosters reduce flex this means a better rear brake..No harm will come to the frame if you dont use it.Dave.x Edited August 26, 2007 by mrkoxx
pengsmelly
a bit of flex can be good. you want some flex. i used to run no booster and the flex was just too much so i put a 2 bolt on and there was less flex, but still a bit, which was what i wanted. matt Edited August 26, 2007 by pengsmelly

Barbra
Anyone run no booster on a zona zip, sucessfully? How much flex is to much? Mine seems to be 1/2cm either sideI used to. Used a zona for about a year. But i had no flex at all, and my brake was pretty good too... But you may as well put the booster back on to be honest. No harm in it being there is there? matt rushton
When I had a Zona i didn't use a booster and because of all the CNC bit it never used to flex at all.Matt Rushton

JoeEden
That is what a brake booster is for just to stop frame flex mate, so i would put it back on there.
