Dan Clark Posted November 1, 2007 Report Share Posted November 1, 2007 The brown noise is about 6hz, but you need a really good system to be able to reproduce that low.I dosers odd, I could never work out whether it actually worked, or whether it was because I got so bored of listening to white noise for 45 minutes that my mind just dreamt about more exciting things.
