basher Posted December 8, 2007 Report Share Posted December 8, 2007 I got a pair of these speaker, bang&olufsen supose to be a really good make isnt it? well i posted up before saying i wanted to connect them to pc, but i couldnt as of the terminal things on back. And i was told i would need a amp. Well decided i wana fit them in me room now so can any one link me to the stuff i need to get them up and running on my pc please as cheaply as possible i doesnt need to be anything super expensive. cheers for any help or if you cant link me to the stuff what i need and any surgestions as best place to look would be great. MadManMike Posted December 8, 2007 Report Share Posted December 8, 2007 A stereo amplifier (Start from about £89 new) £20 in a second hand shop.A 2 Phono to 3.5mm Jack lead.2 x Bare speaker wire to connect speakers to amp.Connect the phono lead to your headphone socket on the PC and the Phono end to the Aux / Line In socket of Amp.Done! Posted December 8, 2007 Report Share Posted December 8, 2007 Hey im runnig a mint set up atm right all you need is:1) speaker cable : 2-3 quid2) phono cable can cost anyhting from a fiver 3) amp 50-100 quid4) mixer : not really needed but would be much better if you had one can cost anyhting for 50 - 100 for a decent one too you can get the phono cable from tesco and verything els from cashgen heres my room set up : Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
