A stereo amplifier (Start from about £89 new) £20 in a second hand shop.

A 2 Phono to 3.5mm Jack lead.

2 x Bare speaker wire to connect speakers to amp.

Connect the phono lead to your headphone socket on the PC and the Phono end to the Aux / Line In socket of Amp.

Done!

Bare speaker cable is about 85p a metre, so depends how much you need.

The phono to jack lead: http://www.cables2u.co.uk/35mm-mini-jack-p...ated-p-117.html

Go second hand and you could get a good amp and all the leads for about £40-50 mate :)

Look on eBay for Technics stereo amps, they are dirt cheap but good!
