from your experiences is it better to run a bashplate or a bashring? :$

also my bike is an Onza T-Pro. I have muscleman cranks.. could i fit this 74kingz bashring onto my cranks??? :-

Personally I'd go for a bash plate as it it offers slightly better protection and also if you land on your bash plate then it'll be easier to keep your balance. I think a 74 kings will fit on your cranks but don't take my word for it I may be wrong.

spend your money on something better, which will make a noticeable difference to the performance of your bike. brake booster, stem, money towards a new frame, etc.

more helpfull point, i found my 74kingz was really thick and it + my eno destroyed the bottom bracket-tool-bit.
