Rowing Machines

Im a rower, use ergs (rowing machines) all the time. My advice, go to the gym and use a concept 2. They really are miles better than anything else but they typically cost £1000 (£500-600) second hand.

Gym will cost you max £50 pounds per month and the erg wont take up your entire flat space or stink your flat out with man-sweat.

Cant leave the house at weekends baby sitting thats why i want one at home, ............. can at least this way exercise when the kid sleep
