They havent turned up, & the money has left my account. The order form on line just says "Processing" and whenever i ring them i get no answer Have they shut down for good? or are they just having problems at the moment.... cheers. You have lost your money, and you'll never see a product. IF you see a product, it'll be the wrong one. That's not Select bikes I don't think mate. That's trials uk or something like that. An e-mail was sent on 17th June regarding some Urban forks to a 'Snake-pit' e-mail address, which I presume is the correct order. Maybe check your junk e-mail if you haven't noticed it in your inbox, but I'll copy and paste the mail and PM it to you anyway. Sorry you couldn't get in touch by phone, we're open 10-6 and sometimes if a customer is being served in the shop the phone doesn't get answered, maybe that is what's happened as nearly all calls get answered in work hours.
