The enchanted broomstick Posted November 9, 2005 Report Share Posted November 9, 2005 in reply to that skins question its from 'windows blinds' you can download windows blinds from stardock i think it is just google it theres hundreds of different skins you can choose from but you get a pop up box evertime you start the computer to which you have to click the "continue" button and it will disappear for the duration of using your computer (til the next reboot anyway).
