Ea50 Stem

I was wondering if the Easton EA50 stem would take the abuse trials gives. I know the bars are supposed to be awesome and have noticed Mark Anthony are doing a deal where you can get stem and bars for £45, a rather good price imo. My only concern is whether the stem would take it. I ride all street trials, i'm not heavy (10.5st) but can sometimes be a little unsmooth.

If anyone has or has had one or anyone in the know could you please tell me what you think?

If it's pap any other suggestions for bar and stem combis less than £50 would be appreciated. I'm after sub 2" rise bars (I currently have Wingbars which are touching the clouds!) and a 100mm 10 degree rise stem.

Thanks in advance

Daniel

Well ive had mine for about 2 years give or take an hour and i personlly think it is the nuts. Its very strong and cheap. Which is the main thing. Get the ea50 stem but if you can afford it gt the ea70 bars because the are the best riser bars in my oppinion. Like you i can be very heavy (more often than i would like to admit) but still it keeps provoking me to give it more and more abuse, every minuite of everyday. 10/10 and get the stem with a 10 degree rise. Much nicer to ride with.

Enjoy :turned:
