Help Headset Fitting

Is there any gap between the base of the headset cup and the end of the headtube?

Have you put the correct bearings in each end?

Have you got enough stem stackers (the top-cap SHOULDN'T touch the top of the fork steerer tube, if it does, it won't be tight enough)?

You may also need to take the stem off, take off any spacers, take off the top cap, and then make sure that the split washer that goes on-top of the bearings/bearing cap is seated properly. I was fitting a headset up yesterday and it wasn't quite seated properly and it kept moving. Anyway, check that that's all right.

Lastly, if it's sealed, it'll take a while for the bearings to bed in anyway (Y)
