All bikes are snap happy :) It just depends how you ride it, that ultimatly desides how likely it is to snap, and when...as with all trial bikes, its just a matter of time.

For how small the bike is, check all over it but look closely at welding along flex/abuse points, for example chainstays, bottom bracket and head tubes. I'd be more concerned with components breaking up then the frame.

I'm guessing you are a beginner, and that the bike is second hand, with it being 2/3 years old, the likelihood of it snapping is high (depending on the last owner). Although If you are a beginner, it could easily withstand the abuse you'll give it for a while.
