Avid Adaptor Swap

Concussion

Recommended Posts

Can I use, will it be safe to use a rear 185 avid adaptor (and rotor) on the front of my Onza? Here are a few pics to show what I mean.....!

I had to put it on back to front/upside down, but it seems ok/online...just need to put the 185 rotor on and give it a try!

Just wondering if you guys think its ok to do this (before I go and dismantle my other bike!)

You usually need front a rear specific disc adaptors for these jobbies, hense the spacers and the rear one not fitting. Personally I would say get a pair of new adaptors, altho I can see why you've done it because for what they are they are quite expensive.
