I am sure you can find the Pro 2 hubs cheaper than above, but if your handy with your maintenance save yourself a tenner and build the wheel yourself. There are plenty of websites that show how to lace a wheel. Bare in mind, tighten your spokes evenly or you will egg the rim :)

Hope this helps.

Jon.

P.s. If ittoo expensive try a cheaper hub although pro 2 are awesome. Also on the topic, I hear there are Pro 3 hubs being released????

*EDIT*

Heres a list of prices taken from Tartbikes:

Hope Pro 2 Front- £45

Hope Pro 2 Rear- £110

Hope Mono Rear- £80 (cheaper option)

DX32 Rims- £20 each

Spokes- £10, might be worth getting the Sapim Race ones for looks and strength.

Post here when you haveve decided what your getting, I am interested to know :)

Just cost me £250 from Tartybikes with a set of Maxxis High Rollers

Making £210 for the wheels :)

I did, however, save £8 or so by running a front XC, as opposed to Pro II, as there's not really much difference

Little more than I should be spending, but ah well

Heres a list of prices taken from Tartybikes:

Hope XC Front- £37

Hope Pro 2 Trials Rear- £110

DX32 Rims- £20 each

Spokes- £10 per wheel
