I'm new to ituns ( ). I've just about worked out how to get all my music in libary, but then when i (adventually) got it all on my ipod, i realised all the ID3 tags are all to cock basicly.

I know how to change them on itunes, but i heard there was ways of doing them in batches. Like, say in the album titles there's a website name, you can change the album name for every single track rather than doing each one individually.

How do i do that?

Also, when i imported music into my libary, i just clicked on my music folder, and did everything. Now i've deleted a few albums off they still apear in the libary. How do i get rid of them? Or do they just go in there own time when you next sync your ipod or something?

Ta people. (Y)

Turns out it's ctrl + I.

Anyone know what i do if i add new music into my music folder, does it update it's self or do i have to do it?

You have to update it.

Also if you want to delete music, don't delete it out of your music folder, just delete it out of iTunes, it will then ask you if you want to keep the songs in the library or move them to the recycle bin.

If you try to open a file which has been deleted but is still in the library, an exclamation mark will come up, and it will ask you to locate the file, if you've deleted the file, then you can delete the album in iTunes.
