Righty just wondering if anyone here knows how to program with java.. basically one of my modules on civil engineering is called construction information technology. They seem to think its a good idea to make us use computers.. for no apparent reason. So far we've had 4 x 3 hour lectures on java.. and when i say that 90% of the class still doesnt even know how to open a java file.. i wouldnt be far from the truth and now we have been given coursework on it. Of course i got no f**kin clue.. so need to enlist the help of someone to atleast point me in the right direction with things. From what ive been told a lot of people who are gettin others to do it reckon it would take a hour max to do for someone who knows what its on about so hopefully witht he help of somone i can get this done in a week :). Leave a message in here / PM with any good sites or msn's for help.

Added the brief to attachments just so people know what type of java im doing.. cos i dont have a f**kin clue..

See thing is.. it is that hard lol. To me it looks like alien writing... and the problem is i dont even care about it to learn it. Im never going to use it in industry and thats a fact.. if i wanted to learn computer languages then i would have done a course related to it :/

it doesnt help that our lecture notes consisted of "the history of java"... and thats it
