  1. A picture of the two of you would possibly be better, I dont no many people that like looking at big pictures of themselves I'm getting my gf a teddybear from the teddybear factory. She has probably been dropping loads of hints, girls just need to realise, guys dont notice hints.
  2. This man has the right idea, in my 106, i have got a 10" sony sub, with a shark 1000 watt amp (£80 for the two, and i made the box myself to the size sony recomend) I have 120W blaupunkt speakers in the rear (about 30W RMS) and 80W JVC speakers in the front (about 25 RMS), running from a pannasonic head unit. I did this setup on a budget, and no, its not the loudest "bad ass" system in the land, but i, along with many of my mates think my set up sounds nicer than my mates £200 subs which were already in a twin sub box when bought, with a 2000W amp, and 6x9's on the parcel shelf, and standard ford door speakers, both of which are running off the head unit. If you want to listen to music, you dont need loads of power or money, but look for things that will work well together, rather than big power ratings. I dont no if this will have helped. but thats just my 2p Alex.
  3. Alvin Simon and Theodore are all nice names
  4. Wow, Thats a massive shock. I didnt expect to be reading that tonight. Like Rich, i dont come on here much anymore, and I have only seen it because he linked me to it. I have had a couple of lucky escapes whilst out driving. And then when i finally hit another car, and did some damage, it really put things into perspective, i was only going really very slow. and the amount of damage just makes you think, about what would have happened had i been going faster. Small cars and high speeds, on normal roads are just not a good mix! Our thoughts are with you Sam! Alex.
  5. I think my mum paid for my provisional, and my tests. She also taught me to drive. My sister gave me her old car because it had broken down. Basically i just had to fix the broken car, and pay for insurance. It does annoy me that prople get their insurance paid for, they get a nice new car, all their lessons paid for etc...
  6. I'll be there... not ridden properly in ages, so i'll probably be terrible, but hey, who cares?!?!
  7. I think the quality is that poor because i just used the automatic capture settings, and i have a 10 year old 14" monitor, so it doesnt have very good resolution... so it set it all up for that... I no for next time though. Cheers for the comments... P.s, we'r all white
  8. I have finally got around to capturing some footage from my camera, and seeing what i can do using movie maker Vid is 1min6, and pretty poor quality. Riders: Alex Black (me) - Leeson clear 660 (green) and saracen MAD Ross Comley - Revel Rich Ainslie - Leeson clear 660 (yellow) I jus made it out of bordom really, but i think it turned out okish. I plan on making some more vids in the future, so constructive critisism is welcome sorry about the bad server, but its a small file, so shouldnt take too long to download Click here for vid!
  9. Summit aint right there you no!
  10. Didnt like the music, vid was ok... I dont think the guy was wearing a thong... just wearing a light coloured belt, and dark boxers...
  11. 21 hours a week gets me £430 a month from asda... but that goes on my car, car insurance and going out mostly. i dont really spend an awful lot on my bike most of the year. once its all built up with good parts it should be safe to leave it that way for a while
  12. Toxsin do a stem with a normal clamp size. I'm running the oversize clamp toxsin stem at the moment and it seems good, price is good too
  13. last summer when i rode shipley glen and porthcawl were deffinatly the highlights of my riding career...
  14. I never thought about this when i put my rear disk on. its on the same way as my front disk, which is the way hope say it should be... works for me
  15. oh my, thats how to do a demo
