they have a 55mm bb rise which makes the bike feel nice on the back wheel but im riding a GU at the minute and they have a 60mm bb rise and it feels even nicer on the back wheel. personally i would go for a GU but thats because im riding one.

cheers lou.

Mate i would just choose whatever you think is nicest for you.....they're all made to the same tolerances and same materials.......the only difference is the geometry.......get one to suit your style, then ride it. you'll get used to it and be happily hopping away :P

ive rode both a gu and an adament, ive rode a gu short (horrible) and a gu long nice and fliky and good on the back wheel

My brother has an adament a3 long, this is easy to gap, stay on the back wheel and overall mint to ride

and im a stock rider lol (Y)
