  1. Woop should be there. Anyone know if I can join the club on the day?
  2. I believe it was normal production..the old man reckons you could "go to a fiat dealer in 1970 and say i want a TC Corsa"
  3. Done it methinks The Abarth 1000 TC Corsa - 982cc and 112bhp
  4. That is probably the closest ^^^^ but I can't find it anywhere here: http://www.carfolio.com/search/specific/?s...050&num=200 (that is every n/a car less than 2.0 litre, listed in order of bhp output. Loads of sports cars that do it -Dino - but can't see any hatchback/coupes..........
  5. I'm looking to get some forks that are little longer than my current Urbans. Ideally the Monty ones which are 415mm lengthm but they are mega pricey! So looked at Toxsin forks, but what length are they? One place says 415mm, another says 435mm And has anyone had any experience with them? thanks Dan
  6. Drill and a tap a thread? Or mount the mech on the end of the axle somehow? Actually, you could use the thread from the tensioner bolt tab thing ? Don't really, know, just thinking it could be something interesting, a mod-spaced frame you can use in comps??
  7. did that mean it was possible to run 6 gears on a mod spaced hub??
  8. Try giving it a good wipe with some methelated spirits (sp), with clean cloth and then wipe off with clean, dry towel. If no luck with that, most people will say stick it in the dishwasher
  9. I do agree with that, however, I've found a wet disc isn't actually a problem, PROVIDED it's not dirty. Usually if your brake is suffering in the wet, it's because of all the extra dirt/crap that gets flinged onto it from the tires Dan
  10. Ah thanks for that. I was going to get some CNCed ones done, but that^^ sounds a lot more friendly on the wallet EDIT: found them in Germany http://www.monty-bikes.de/TrialParts/Bremsen/48002315
  11. yes you definately can as I use a try-all rim and tire in the back of my new 231. If you're interested, I may be getting some adaptors made so a maggy can be used with a 26" rim??
  12. First started with 22/18, then 22/17 now changed bikes and gone front freewheel, used 18/16 at first as recommended, but found it too easy. Use 18/15 now

    Zhi G1?

Any more info on it? Geo? http://www.zhibike.com/zhibike/zhibike.htm integrated mech hanger?
  14. Usually I clean it every other week or so. I ride quite a lot of natural, and it attracts loads of grit. But if you all reckon junk the split link, then I shall
  15. I've riveted my chain together for the moment, but it's handy to have a split link as it maks cleaning easier I found.
  16. Have snapped my third split link today in like a month It's a KMC K810 or K710 chain, can't remember which one, but it's pretty chunky One time it was the complete link but the other two times, it was just the clip that split.... Any suggestions? (Apart from eat less pie ) thanks
  17. a ) they look pimp B ) lot more ground clearence any other reasons???

    New Bsxl Vid!

    AMAZING! bunnyhop-tastic!
  19. Shexy bike! One thing I'd do personally is to get some ZOO! stickers made in blue. Would finish it off nicely. OT: Do you ever ride Guildford? It's so near me, but I've never ridden there
  20. 18:16 for small stuff and natural etc 18:15 for bigger street stuff
  21. Where abouts do people generally have their bars positioned?(risers) I'm using the monty ti bars, which have quite a lot of rise. I started off with them pretty far forward, felt good for gaps and sidehops, but rubbish for pedal-ups and taps.... pulled them back and they are quite nice, but because of the high rise, they still feel awkward and also, what is the 'done' thing for bar/stem combo's at the moment? (for stock) short, high stem...long, low stem? flats or risers? thanks

Damn it, I though they weren't going to produce the Belaey/Karbon... Funky looking join on the top/down tube on the KSAS
  23. Out of interest, what do people find the best pressures to run with try-all stickys? I've had them quite low recently and they hold really well, but it's quite hard to 'work' the bike onto an edge cause it's always on the rim? try 20- 25 psi?
  24. Been using a freewheel for a few weeks and really impressed by it. It actually feels well made as well. I would say it's never skipped, but it did today once right as I was going for a tap
