exactly, well yea thats what the NMC is all about, it solves the problems like this happening in all the other sections of the forum, and keeps things in order. We have all been at the same stage as you, so just keep active and useful and try and make your posts more than one line (which you seem to be doing a good job of now) and your half way there

Anyway.. a good game to play if your outside with the lads, but not really a girls game - all you rugby players should know this! Make 2 teams, and both teams must have equal numbers... line up facing each other Everyone has a pint (drink of your choice but its best if everyone has the same like a fosters) Start the game at one end where one person from each team starts to down their pint When they have finnished their pint they put it on their head, and the person next to them starts drinking If you are falling behind or want to get infront you can just put the pint on your head First team to finnish wins, simple and hilarious!

i had this exact same problem yesterday with a hope mono trial... just prise the pads apart like the say and screw the gurb screw inside the lever right out so it has more distance in the pads, and slowly work it on but dont be too harsh on the pads
