  6. i was wondering what these grips are like; http://82.110.105.16/tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?id=82 can you tell me what they feel like, what they stick like (on the bars) how long until they wear down. thanks alot
  7. my lovely zoo pitbull 06! http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/?op=list&amp...touserid=139181 what do you think.........there are a few riding pics on there aswell........some new(ish) and some older. my brothers orange zero is on there too..... enjoy. cheers p.s. i will be putting new parts on soon...ill update it when i do!!!!
  8. i had a d521 on my zoo 06 pitbull when i 1st bought it, but i found that it was too thin and the brakes was extremely annoying to set up , they was as far in as they could go, and you would need new pads (no wear)... i'd say that 38mm rims are the best for these frames due to them not being too wide.the wider ones your feet tend to sometimes hit the brake ..... they can be used but it isnt the best rim too use...........go for a wider rim mate
  9. is there any other links to any vids which are like these, im really bored and need some cheering up thanks

  12. kool LI, here is a link which has loads and loads of stuff about heatsinks etc; http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....e=heatsink+pads people say that they are good and the metal backings give a much stiffer feel to the brake.. plus they could be cheaper in the long run due to the refill being fairly cheap...... l8rs li!! p.s i would if i was you (gladly i am not ) i would get the plazmatics crm's from tarty bikes man, on the front and back. i would say get the zoo's but i dont think many places will be selling them anymore because they are not being made no more !!!!!!! hope this helps you liam
  13. cheers u guys i'm getting some new bars and stem tommorro so i reckon they willl help me a bit
  14. not allowed to advertise selling stuff in NMC; http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....nounce&id=3
  15. EVERY 1 READ MY EDIT BEFORE YOU PUT REDICULOUS COMMENTS ABOUT ME!!!
  16. i'd agree with ^^^^^^^^ but i would get the disc single speed ck!! the spokes will be built wider making it a stronger wheel. (i think lol)
  17. no i would not put one on because that way it looks like you try a lot of things i got an brilliant idea LI you should take your helmet of your head and put it on the frame, this way is better due to the advantages it has. let me explain, the helmet on the frame protects it for when i inherit it, and secondly it will dent your head hopefully resulting in you dying..mawhaaaahaaaahaaha (do u lyk LI?) edit; VVVVVVV "no i would not put one on because that way it looks like you try a lot of things" um this is serious!! (its what i do)lol li you ow me an apologie tomorrow!!!!vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
  18. this doesn't happen all the way......it only happens when the tpa is turned all the way (so the pads are as far away from the wheel as it can) and you turn it a bit......this happenes when they have been used for a few years and need a little top up of blood. (any this happens to mine....not a lot though but it still makes one piston go out further than the other) lol ??
  19. have a look on ebay for a second hand echo.........you MAY be able to afford one. have a look on tarty they have some good cheap frames etc..
  20. how much are you looking to spend, because you might want to buy an amazing bike straight away, seing as you are learning quick. (in my opinion starting on better bikes makes it easier to learn)
  21. come on people i am curious as to what these pads are like cheers p.s. does any one know what happened to the bubble gums from tensile.........are these the replacment pads???? if so are they the same or not???? thanks
  22. it can depend, if you are short/small and try doing it on a 26' you will find it harder to manouver the bike, so in this situation i would go for a 20' bike mate . if you are at a height of around just under 6 foot ish then it wont matter which one you choose....because you will start out on that and then become use to riding that size frame! there are some better points on riding the different size .e.g a 20' frame is harder to damage (snapping rear mech off) i myself ride a 26' which i find easier due to the frame being bigger, .e.g i can put my front wheel on a (for instants) a 4 foot high wall and get up it with ease, and the same situation on a 20' the front wheel will be more uncomfortable on that wall and would mean its more difficult to get up. (if you know what i mean???) hope this helped
  23. i watched many of neil tunni's and cls's zoo videos and was wanting to know how they sidehop, they seem to tuck there legs up loads with the bike to their side (left), i was wanting to know how to do that cheers
