  2. 68mm or 73mm ,you'll just need a spacer with the 73mm . get the widest bb you can if your going to run a wide rim like a try-all or echo and a magura brake as there won't be enough clearance between the crank arm and the brake piston .if there still isn't enough clearance take a few mm of the brake pad material . steve
  3. bigez_91 if you use the search and try the same question in a few different combinations your never go wrong i ride a probably half a hour most days around 10pm in the town centre ,best time of the day as no ones about to have a go at me and no one laughs when i fall off steve

  10. i would recommend single speed as there easyer to maintain, lighter and i would say smoother running. only downside is that getting away from chav scum that want to steal my bike isn't fun as i can only pedal so fast before you have to coast along, not fun steve

  21. i have the same prob as you paulbell123 ,i cant do them then i nail it after a few attemps . my technique may be crap and not very well explained but it works for me i roll up the obsticle till im about 5ft away with my bad foot forwards ; then i start to pedal smoothly but firmly with my torso low and back whilst lifting the front wheel. as my good foot comes forward i then push hard down on my good foot whilst springing up to a standing position followed by sucking up my arms and legs pulling the bike with me ,once i get as high as i need to i then plant the back wheel down and straighten my arms letting my front land too the end it works for me .just practise and you'll get it nailed soon paul steve
  22. i have the same problem , for me its the crank arm hitting the magura piston if this is the problem just setup up the brakes better ,i take a couple of mm of the pads so i can get more clearance check the clearance mate, steve
