That didnt need stitching, the cut was like 3 mm wide But the NHS will do it free anyway??? Why would you want stitches?? try some different pads. My own experience with necos was not good. Thats just my personal opinion and it was probably because of my rim etc etc. But yeh try some different pads and see if that helps. thanks rob
