Boil the pads in a pot of water then grind of the top layer, then boil the rotor in water and use something like Weldtite Disc brake cleaner.

Remeber the deng brakes are CNC in China not cast in Germany, so the cost should be lower. I love it how the one of the few things that Onza/Tensile design themselves, they patent, but when the make other parts they see no problems in copying anyone elses hard work. Onza have probably copied something from a deng idea before.

What happens if the freewheel is imported outside of the EU?

Validation is a good way to keep the forum's content to a high quality. If you just spend time on your posts, make them worthwhile and write them well, it takes no time at all. It took me 3 days and about 20 posts to get validated... (I thought it was going to take like 3 weeks...)

I wouldn't worry about as they probably wouldn't make the bikes with 115mm spacing if it did compromise the strength of the rear wheel... If it breaks, it breaks.

Yeah just keep tightening it... if you can't figure it out, get a new headset and get it pressed well.

When doing a light grind only press lightly and work up and down the rim. I recommend using a metal cutting disk instead of a metal grinding one. If you are still unsure how to grind enter "Rim grinding" in the search function and read up on the techniques.
