yeh i'd be up for this. we'd prob come on sat morning and stay the night so we can ride both days.

i had a 38mm rigida rim in mine for a little bit but i could only use a maggie with quite old pads. ive been using an alex dm 24 rim which is 31mm i think, so a little narrower than most rims but its solid. (its pretty much the same as the mammoth i think)

right, Pete Link, Tom Newbold and myself are doing a bit of a road trip to bristol then porthcawl. we're gonna leave here (Kent) on 12th July so we'll get to bristol some time in the afternoon. would be good to get some riders out maybe on the 13th to show us round caus we dont really have a clue. then we're gonna go up to porthcawl on 14th or maybe 15th to ride there. An we'll bugger off home on the 16th. so if anyone wants to join us that would be cool or even jus meet up for a ride. fred ps 12th is a wednesday, 13th = thursday etc

hehe the derailleur is jus drilled out to the max an only has one jokey wheel in it. nah i tried a vee on the rear an it was ok jus couldnt be arsed to spend a load of cash on gettin a decent one when my maggie works fine. thanks fred
